Flat Fee MLS Listing Program
We provide everything you need to sell your property while saving thousands of dollars. Our program is based on our opinion that once the house is put in the MLS that is all the marketing that can be done. Houses literally sell themselves they just have to be in the MLS where the buyers are looking.
For an upfront fee of $999 you will get the following:
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Listing
We will list your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We will pay to send a professional photographer to your home to ensure that your MLS listing looks the same (in most cases better) as other properties listed by 6% agents.
We will also set up a personalized Showing Assist in the MLS so when an agent wants to show your home you will receive a text, e-mail or both letting you know. You will just need to confirm the showing to the agent. It will also send out an e-mail request for the agent to send you feedback so you will know what the buyers thought of your home.
Comparative Market Analysis
We will furnish a Comparative Market Analysis providing you a comprehensive snapshot of what similar homes in your area have sold for over the previous year. You’ll be making an informed decision regarding pricing your home based on the same tools available to industry professionals.
Professional Yard Signage
We provide you with a custom Adams Family Real Estate yard sign .
Electronic Lockbox
We will also provide you with an electronic lockbox just like the ones used by Real Estate professionals. We will have a log of every person who has entered your home.
