Like many we have always sold our property ourselves over the years, so when we found Adams Family real Estate it made everything a lot easier. You pay the one fee and they take care of the rest. Having the property added to the MLS listing made selling the house that much faster. We had a contract in 3 weeks and closed 3 weeks after that. While my wife and I have bought or sold 10 different homes previously, we have always done so using the conventional real estate broker model. However, since we had to pay out of our own pocket to sell the house this time (no company-paid relo), we decided to utilize Chip's service. Bottom line, it worked exactly as advertised and as we had hoped. Chip helped us wordsmith the listing verbiage and provided all the market data we needed to price our home competitively, and to monitor new listings and sales during the process. We lowered the initial listing price for our home slightly after 2 1/2 weeks on the market, and got a contract on Day 21 for the full amount of that revised price. Since the buyer and their agent have to do most of the "heavy lifting" between contract signing and closing anyway, not having a seller's agent during that part of the process was not really an issue. All that said, the fact that we were very experienced with the buying/selling process certainly made the whole process more comfortable for us than it would be for someone with little to no home sales experience. I doubt I will ever sell a home again in the future using anything other than Chip's model.
